A Clean Approach to Leadership

A Clean Approach to Leadership course teaches leaders and managers at all levels a quick and powerful approach to communication with staff and colleagues. Participants learn the Clean Questioning Technique and how and when to use it to good effect to get the most from their teams. Clean questioning is a coaching tool that is used widely within the coaching industry, and is fast becoming recognised as an excellent management/leadership tool that builds team and management efficiency and performance.

Some of the benefits of using the Clean Approach to Leadership are:

  • it reduces the need for further interventions from leadership that might be more time/resource-consuming
